Gary Schultze

After playing in Heavy Metal band on the Sunset strip in the 80s, I decided that wasn't the life for me and made the decision to settle down and raise a family.  I went into the concrete industry in the early 90s as a concrete truck driver.  I became a quality control inspector and then went into sales. After 16 years in the industry, I decided to make a change and relocate to North Idaho and become a realtor.   I'm not afraid to get dirty and to go above and beyond for my clients.  My goal is to make the sale of your house as smooth as possible, or your home search as simple as possible. Member of North Idaho Building contractors Association 2007-2009.  ACI Concrete testing certified 2001-2011.  North Idaho youth coach 2005-2024.
